What is an EICR?

There are lots of names for an Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR): Landlord Certificate, Electrical Safety Certificate, or NIC Certificate. An EICR is an in-depth inspection to highlight any non-conformities with your electrics and inform you where the safety of your installation could be improved for your tenants. It aids with the identification of certain problems such as the integrity and degradation of the wiring, damage to sockets and switches, and ensuring the property follows relevant BS7671 regulations.
After the inspection you’ll receive an Electrical Inspection Certificate Report on the state of the electrics at the property. And if any issues are found during the inspection that are not immediately rectifiable, we can provide you with a non-obligatory quotation to fix them as soon as possible.
